Turkey still had a number of issues to address as a matter of urgency, including ratifying the extended customs union, the EU commissioner said.

ANKARA - The European Union could impose restrictions on the freedom of movement for Turkish citizens throughout the bloc, even after Turkey becomes a member, the commissioner in charge of the EU’s enlargement process said late Thursday."
