Turkey's nongovernmental organizations, which are opening offices in the European Union (EU) countries before the December 17 summit, the day ascribed for Turkey to start EU membership negotiations, are now preparing for a second lobby movement in the EU before October 3.
Turkish NGOs that will visit European capitals have a clear message: Turkey's full membership benefits both the EU and Turkey."
