"European Day Of Jewish Culture In Istanbul
ISTANBUL - The 4th European Day of Jewish Culture is celebrated in Galata, Istanbul on Sunday.
The event is also held in 23 countries including Germany, Austria, Belgium, Greece and Britain.
In order to discover the cultural and historical heritage of Judaism, exhibitions and concerts are organized.
The Ottoman Bank Museum, and Quincentennial Foundation Jewish Museum of Turkey, Askenazi Synagogue and Italian Synagogue will be open for free visits during the day.
Izzet Bana & Estreyikas D'Estambol Children's Chorus gave a concert at Neve Shalom Cultural Center.
Moreover, several exhibitions are held in galleries in Galata and Karakoy districts of Istanbul."
