BERLIN, July 12 (Reuters) - The head of European Union enlargement policy said on Tuesday he did not know what opponents to Turkey's bid to join the bloc meant by 'privileged partnership' and talks in October would aim for full membership.
'Whatever more that (privileged partnership) could mean I'm willing to listen, but I have not yet heard very convincing answers,' said EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn."
