"Memorial Wall Built At British Consulate In Istanbul
ISTANBUL - The ''Memorial Wall'', built at the British Consulate General in Istanbul in the memory of those who were killed in the bomb attack on the consulate building on November 20th, 2003, was inaugurated on Friday.
Speaking in the inauguration, Istanbul Mayor Kadir Topbas said, ''people can eliminate all problem through dialogue. We need peace and tranquility.''"
