Motherland Party Chairman Erkan Mumcu has proposed making constitutional amendments for the election of the president by the people and for the solution of the Islamic headdress problem at the universities. We are ready to cooperate for a solution, Mumcu said, disclosing that he had asked the prime minister for an appointment to convey his proposals."
