The Privatization Board plans to sell the Istanbul Hilton Hotel that is currently under the ownership of the Retirement Fund administration.
The Board also has plans to sell various real estate properties in Ankara. A $10 million temporary guarantee will be taken from those who plan to participate in Hilton Hotel sale. Bidding for the Hotel and the properties in Ankara will be conducted by accepting offers in sealed envelopes. The offers will be made in cash or with payment plans. "
