"WTO report ranks Turkey fourth for anti-dumping initiatives
A report released by the World Trade Center (WTO) stated that Turkey is fourth among members of the WTO for initiating anti-dumping investigations. Anti-dumping is a move set to not judge the action of dumping but to help governments can react to it.
The WTO report showed that in a period between July 1 and December 31 2004, both the number of initiations of new anti-dumping investigations, and the number of new final anti-dumping measures applied, had declined steadily if you compare it to the same period in the previous year. "
