Turkish Cypriot Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Talat yesterday urged Russia to ease the isolation of Turkish Cypriots and contribute to a fresh negotiation process in order to reach a resolution on the decades-long Cyprus dispute.
Speaking before his meeting with Leonid Abramov, the Russian Foreign Ministry's Special Envoy to Cyprus, Talat said Turkish Cypriots are committed to reunification of island which is also on the agenda of the international community, reported the Anatolia news agency. "
