Up to 400 people were killed in Tuesdays quake, with hundreds more missing or homeless.
Turkey has offered aid to Iran after the south east of that country was hit by a devastating earthquake early Tuesday.
In a statement issued Tuesday by the office of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey offered to provide aid in the form of rescue and medical services should Tehran require them.
However, Iran has so far declined to take up the offer from Ankara, with Iranian diplomats in the Turkish capital saying that there was no need for foreign aid at this time. "
