Calling for closer cooperation between Russia and Turkey, Minister of State Kursad Tuzmen used the expression 'combining experience' to describe it.
He gave a call for Turkey and Russia's small and middle size companies to come together and prosper.
Citing the success achieved by small and middle enterprises through cooperation to prevent the dumping of cheap Chinese goods into markets shaking the world's economy, he spoke about taking necessary steps for the joint production between Russian and Turkish textile, leather, and automobile sectors. "
