The fate of Kerkuk (Kirkuk) is not only Turkey's problem. It is neither Turkey's only problem in Iraq. The Constitutional Council that will be formed after the final election results, that will take some time before they are announced, will establish a 'New Iraq' which will be Turkey's neighbor for a whole century. Implementing the necessary requirements that will not to allow this 'New Country' to disturb peace in Turkey and in other Middle Eastern countries is the duty of the Turkish government. "
