Iraqi citizens living in 14 countries including Turkey will now be able to cast absentee ballots in the historic Iraqi elections on January 30th.
In addition to Iraqi citizens living in Turkey, Turkish citizens with documentation that they and their children were born in Iraq will also be allowed to vote. "
