"Turks Ask God for EU Membership

Turks try to initiate a deal with God for joining to the EU. According to interview by Turkish channel ATV, the Turkish pilgrims heading for Mecca (Saudi Arabia) will pray God for �helping the nation for EU membership�.
Holy pilgrimage (�Hajj� as Muslims call it) is an event where Muslims all around the world gather up in Mecca to pray God for forgiveness. Hajj is an essential part of Islam; it includes rituals those believed to be rooted from Prophet Abraham. "
