According to the BBC News, "The European Union's decision to begin entry talks with Turkey has received a widespread welcome" throughout the world. Sabah, Turkish daily, named the decion as 'European Revolution'. Many scholars argue that Turkey's acceptance to the EU will dramticall change the EU, Turkey and the World.
Most of the commentators have been focusing on conditions about EU-Turkey agreement. However, Turkey�s accession to the EU is not only a matter of debate between the EU and Turkey, but also a worldwide concern."
