Turkish Embassy Reopens in Libya's Tripoli

The Turkish Ambassador in Tripoli, upon his return to Libya, appealed to troubled Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi and his family to turn themselves in.
"We expect the Gaddafi family to turn themselves in to face Libyan justice. They have no other choice," Ali Kemal Aydina , who promised to help Libya in its transition to democracy, is quoted saying. He further stated that it is a dire emergency to prevent any future bloodshed.
