"Siemens to supply power plant components to Turkey

Siemens Energy has secured an order to supply key components for the Denizli combined cycle power plant in Turkey. The Greek company METKA is building the plant for the project company RWE & Turcas Güney Elektrik Üretim A.S., in which RWE holds a 70-percent stake and Turkas 30 percent. Start of commercial operation slated for 2012. The order volume is approximately EUR110 million."
