"Istanbul home to portable art project

As part of the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture preparations, the Istanbul 2010 Europe Cultural Capital Agency launched a "Portable Contemporary Art Project," that will bring portable packages containing artistic projects to residents of the city and aims to encourage young artists to create."
