NICOSIA, Cyprus Turkish Cypriot parties formed a new coalition government Saturday in the breakaway republic in the north of the divided island, officials said.
Premier-designate Ferdi Sabit Soyer, head of the Turkish Republican Party, formed the coalition with the Freedom and Reform party of Turgay Avci."
