"PKK Declares Unilateral 10-Day Halt To Military Operations
The leadership of the anti-Turkish Kurdish workers' party PKK has declared a 10-day halt to all military operations against Turkish forces, beginning the first day of 'Eid Al-Adha.
The leadership expressed hope that Turkey will do the same.
