ANKARA, Turkey, March 8 The Turkish energy minister says foreign companies are contacting its state oil company about ventures for oil in Iraq.
Hilmi Guler said companies have contacted the Turkish Petroleum Corp. about exploration in northern Iraq, Iraq Directory reports."
